After working all over the country for ten years as a consultant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Ms. Leslie Spoor, CCS decided to stop traveling and start her own company. The question "What kind of company?" kept her pondering options for several months until finally, in October 2006 she decided to begin a service-based company providing services to help make other people's lives easier.

Voila! Executive Errands® was born! Before starting Executive Errands®, Leslie did her due diligence and determined the Concierge business was an industry on the rise. In 2006 the concept of concierge services outside hotel lobbies was fairly new, but even then Entrepreneur magazine listed it as one of the top ten industries to watch and predicted an average of 25%+ percent growth through at least 2012.

Executive Errands® was founded on the principles of high quality services at an affordable price with a focus on providing the types of services that would help to simplify other people's lives. Leslie looked at her own life as a road warrior and thought 'what did I need when I was gone all the time?' and those are the first services she offered:

• Absentee Home Checks
• Mail Pickup and Forwarding
• Grocery Shopping

• General Errands
• Housekeeping
• General Home Maintenance

As it turned out, Executive Errands'® clients determined the services to be offered and thus the company revenues have grown at more than 30% per year since 2006 and from just a few service providers to more than 50. In the very beginning it became apparent that it would be impossible to manage the sheer multitude of administrative functions required unless at least some of them were automated.

Leslie's background in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing had a heavy focus on policies, procedures and software – including the ability to define the technical requirements necessary to create the reporting tools that help functional personnel be more productive.

Thus began the creation of the website functionality that automates so many of the daily administrative functions, provides automated reporting tools and provides full transparency to Executive Errands'® clients.

Now that this functionality has been working so well for so long, it only seemed natural to offer it to other companies and that's how Concierge Business Solutions™ was born. It brings Leslie full circle, back into software consulting and now helping the Concierge industry in general to grow. The Concierge Business Solutions™ system will help other Concierge companies to be more efficient which should then translate into growth for their businesses.

Since entering the Concierge industry, Ms. Spoor became a Certified Concierge Specialist with the International Concierge & Lifestyle Management Association (www.iclma.org), she is an Executive Director on the Board of Directors for the Soroptimist House of Hope (www.recoveryhouseofhope.org) a non-profit organization dedicated to alcohol and drug recovery, she is the 2011-2012 President of the Soroptimist International Cathedral City – Rancho Mirage Club, a non-profit of women helping women, she has had numerous articles about Concierge Services published locally in the CAI Coachella Valley Quorum magazine and several local Chambers of Commerce newsletters. Leslie publishes a monthly newsletter for Executive Errands® and supports several other non-profit and community outreach projects and she is an active member of the ICLMA Facebook forum.
